Click New User on the left to add new user, as shown below. The new user form will be displayed on the right. Enter Email address, first name, last name and password, as shown below. Click
to confirm.

| • | Email Address is the Email Address to be used as the username when logging into Personal / Workgroup VFC Client. |
| • | First Name is the first name of the user. |
| • | Last Name is the last name of the user. |
| • | Password is the password required for the Email Address (Username) specified above. |
| • | Password Confirm is the confirmation of password that was added above. |

The username here is the email address of the user required for login into the Personal / Workgroup VFC Client. This email address should be the one from which all incoming and outgoing emails are to be received and send. The settings for capturing the emails form this account can be done using Generic Mail Capture Server. |

Personal / Workgroup VFC is licensed for only one user. Adding another user will display a message such as Can't create a new user, Exceed licensed user amount! |
