Personal Server Log

Log file is automatically generated and maintained by Personal / Workgroup VFC server. Personal Server Log is used to view these logs on the Administration Tool, as shown below.

•	The date of the log can be selected in the drop down menu.

•	To select the number of line to be displayed, enter the number of lines you wish in the text box on the left of Line.

•	Click the button to submit the changes.

Logging info can be reviewed or referenced to track server activity as well as any exceptions that have occurred. Whenever an exception (error message) is thrown, information such as its type, reason for exception, time stamp etc.....can be viewed in the Log. Using this information can assist in diagnosing & resolving problems.

Most exceptions are directly related to configuration issues which are easily resolved by modifying

server settings using the admin tools.
