Navigation: Server Configuration > Member Management > User Extension Manager |

Click User Extension Manager on the left to allocate and manage the extension that is to be provided to the user. The Add Extension Form is displayed on the right, assign an extension number, as shown below, and click 
to confirm.
| • | Extension Number is the SIP extension assigned to the target user. |
| • | Enable Recording option is checked to activate recording - requires voice recording license. |
